Allied Air was formally admitted as a registered member of IATA in May,2016. The official presentation of the certificate was done by the DG/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OF IATA Mr. Tony Tyler to the MD/CEO ALLIED AIR Mr. Valentine Tongo in Dublin,Ireland on the 2nd June,2016 during the 72nd Annual General Meeting of IATA

Nigeria’s Allied Air retires its last remaining B727-200F

Allied Air has retired its last remaining B727-200(F) 5N-JNR (msn 21056) from revenue service according to Aerotransport. The Nigerian cargo specialist will continue to offer freight flights throughout West Africa using its fleet of two B737-400(F)s. A third B737-400 (msn 26081) is currently undergoing conversion at Jacksonville Cecil Field, FL with Aeronautical Engineers, Inc. (AEI).
